I'm setting up JobGrok Listings for a staffing agency who posts jobs in a set of 5 cities and will act as the sole contact for all jobs posted.  The departments & categories apply to all jobs & postings and are not company-specific.  Accordingly, I have a series of configuration questions and was wondering if 1) any of these are available in the Premium component, 2) any of these are configurable or 3) whether they are possible via customizing the code myself.

a) Can I add this one person from the staffing agency as the contact for all jobs, i.e., not set up a contact on a per-company basis?

b) Can I select a location (i.e., one of the 5 cities) for a posting regardless of what company is selected?

c) Can I select a department or category regardless of what company is selected?

I have the same problem and am working around it by creating a duplicate contact records for each company.  I'm doing this using database import files.

Right now, if there are 100 companies that we're posting jobs for and each of these companies are in 50 different cities, all have Sales, Engineering, IT, departments, I will have to enter 100 x 50 cities = 500 entries, then another 100 x 3 departments (3x)...

It's better to let us enter departments and locations WITHOUT assigning a company...
