I set this software up for a client and it seems to be working well except we cannot seem to figure out how to make jobgrok send email notices to the "contact" when a new application has been submitted. It seems to only send a notice to the applicant.
Same here, and am growing concerned as I see a lot of unanswered emails.
I thought this is why we pay for Premium Components?
I am having the same problems and my customer is losing faith. HELP!
Any resolutions guys ? Has anyone found a solution to this issue ??
