Hi, I have a few questions that I can't seem to find any info on - would really appreciate a bit of help!

- The radio buttons in the application form currently default to having 'no' selected. Is there an easy way to set these so that they are clear (i.e. no default selection)?

- the text box for the resume is acting strangely - when you click on it, the cursor doesn't place itself at the beginning of the box and seems to jump around when entering text. Any idea why this is happening?

- is there an easy way to change the tab options on the employment history section so that when a user hits tab it moves down rather than across? Would make more sense.
