Is it possible to have, at the frontend, the same functionality that already exists at backend: a list of all applications, and the details when we click the applicant's name?

Not a developer - just wanted to make that clear at the outset.

Are you talking about when you first go to the JG panel? I mean I use the menu to access it (Components --> Job Grok --> and then which ever view I want), so I'm not sure where you were looking at putting it. I'm sure everyone uses it a little bit differently. I have also used Custom Quick Icons, so that when less privileged admins log in, they only see the Job Grok button. You could probably customize that button to point to the listings. Is this what you are looking for?
