I would like to request an option for follow-up. Perhaps an option that could be turned on or off within the options panel that would send out an e-mail to the job applicant thanking them for applying. This could be an editable template so that the information in the e-mail could be customized.

We need something like this to request EEO information. We can not ask for it on the application, but we are reuired to track it, so we would like to send them to a link whereby they could volunteer the information.
