Is this included in the premium download? Or is it not available at all? We have some fields we need added to the application, and we'd like to force applicants to enter at least some of the information before they submit it.

We don't have required fields yet. As for custom fields you can always find some you are not using and rename them in the language files. We'll put your request in the feature request area.
