First all, Thank you for the free job application! I only have one problem:

The footer for the job application doesn't mesh with my joomla template footer, see: http://jrdecks.com/index.php/component/option,com_jobgrokapp/Itemid,58/layout,form/view,application/

The joomla template that I am using is milky way. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

I would suggest using FireFox (the browser) with the FireBug plugin. If you're not familiar with the 2, they are very useful for fixing style sheet issues. Firebug allows you to modify the style sheet and watch the changes directly in the browser (you will need to make those modifications in the style sheets - jobcenter.css in the assets folder).
