Install. Configure. Hire. Simple.

Please take the time to read the following. Hopefully it will help set your expectations when purchasing a download subscription. If I sound like a jerk, my apologies, the following text exists to help me maintain my sanity so I can continue development on JobGrok. If you're here because of a side gig, than you'll probably know what I'm getting at.

  1. This software is licensed under the GPL Version 2.0 - you can read about it here.
  2. You are purchasing access to the download section of this site.
  3. Support will be limited to the forums on this site - found here
  4. My time is becoming more and more limited, your emergency is not my emergency. If you need this to work yesterday - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EXTENSION
  5. I will do my best to answer forum questions, but it could take up to 7 days for me to reply (sorry - I'd love to respond immediately to requests, but this is no longer a possibility for me to stay sane).
  6. The price to purchase this software is minimal compared to a "Software As A Service" equivalants. These SAAS equivalents can go for thousands of dollars a year - if you need SAAS type support, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EXTENSION.
  7. When posting in the forums, as per every forum, please be respectful to others - THE FORUMS ARE MODERATED - your post will not appear until it has been reviewed.
  8. Documentation is always a work in progress. I will do my best to answer forum questions with a link to documentation.
  9. When posting a question in the forums, please try to be to the point in short text form - simple steps on how to recreate your issue are always very helpful. Including a link can help loads.
  10. NO REFUNDS (sorry).
  11. I reserve the right to terminate any business relationship you feel you may have with me at any time - in the 10 years of doing this I've only ever had to do this once (and you know who you are).

I'll try not to make this list any longer, I suppose by now you've either left the site or understand what I'm trying to say.

Thanks!

Bob.
